In Cascais we ran along the beach.

The Linha de Cascais Médis Race of 2018, which took place on September 16, 2018, was a success. Reigned the good disposition between who participated to compete and who only wanted to walk. Médis was always present to refresh and feed the athletes along the way and, in the end, left the message of the importance of exercise for health - it was a win.
