Médis was acknowledged, for the third consecutive year, with the Premium Brand award, upon receiving, at the beginning of the year, the "Consumer’s Choice", "Senior Choice" and "Trusted Brand" awards.
The insurance company gets the recognition for its Personal Healthcare Services and for being a new way of thinking and managing health. This forefront positioning was launched in 2018, with the renewal of its visual identity and has been consolidated through several improvements in its offers and services, which included, among others the first health insurance specific for dental care and the opening of three clinics, the Clínica Médis.
Rita Travassos, Marketing Director of Médis, considers "this distinction as the accreditation for the work of an extraordinary team and fully aligned with the positioning and values of the brand and thus focused in creating a service experience that is closer, simpler, more human, innovative and personal, 360º focused around the client".
The distinction, promoted by Superbrands (an international organization), and results from an independent and certified study awarding and promoting brands that stand-out for their excellency status, thus corroborating the orientation and commitment that Médis has been making.
The awards are attributed through the evaluation of a panel of experts in Brand Management and by a group of consumers who voted based in the different brands based on the criteria of: unit, trust, identification, satisfaction and notoriety.
