Running or walking on the Linha de Cascais is good for your health!

Médis continues to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity. This time with the Linha de Cascais Médis Race, which will take place on September 16th, at Avenida Marginal, in Cascais.

The race is made up of two courses, of 10 km or 4.5 km, a challenge to suit everyone, in a surrounding landscape, always on the seashore. The first race starts in Cascais and is a course for athletes who want to race in a healthy competition environment. The race has time timed by chip and is a race homologated by the Portuguese Athletics Federation, starting at 9:00 am and finish line in Carcavelos. The 4,5 km course begins at Praia da Bafureira, and is intended for those looking for moments of leisure and family fun. With departure scheduled for 09h45, the finish line is also placed in Carcavelos.
